Last Thursday, we had the chance to go out to Downtown Disney in Anaheim. We were there to shoot Nick Weber, who will be the next edition to the Craftsman’s Guild. Nick is an executive chef at Catal Restuarant and Uva Bar. His creativity and passion for food has caught our attention. Creativity such as creating a PBR (Pabst Blue Ribbon) sorbet for Fat Mike of NOFX. More details coming. When we first arrived, Nick was working on some fresh Ahi tuna from the Newport Farmers Market, so good. The Craftsman Guild represents individuals who really have a passion for their craft. They are respected in their community. The guild is essentially the “behind the scenes people” that we respect and these are the individuals that inspire SLVDR.
